MavisCOONEYPassed away peacefully in Tameside Hospital on Saturday 20th April 2024 surrounded by her loving family, Mavis, aged 88.
Loving and devoted wife of Thomas Cooney, precious Mum of Michele & Paul, and loving Mother in law to Ged & Wendy. Now reunited with her Brothers Derek, Graham, Sister Marjorie and best friend Pat Foy. Very proud Nana to Grandchild Kevin, Danielle, Toni, Michael, Ryan and Partners Georgia, Iftahar & Harriet and she idolised her 4 Great Grandchildren Ellis, Frazer, Jamie and Evelyn. The family miss her deeply and will always remember her with great love.
On Friday 17th May, Mavis will be received into Hollinwood Crematorium OL8 3LU for full service at 11:30am.
